Our main frame side rails are constructed of galvanized Z rail steel for superior strength. The undercarriage is galvanized 2x2x1/4" steel with all welds treated with a 2 part epoxy. This process provides the strength of steel with the rust protection of aluminum.
Side Walls: A maintenance free pre-baked aluminum outer shell with galvanized steel inner walls. The walls and doors are fully insulated to provide protection from heat, cold and sound.
Roof And Fenders: Hand laid one piece molded fiberglass roof and fenders with extra layers of core matting and reinforced with steel tubing. This process provides extra strength with the benefits of fiberglass, light weight with less interior temperature fluctuations. The roof is seamless and non-leaking. Your horse stays cooler in summer and warmer in winter.
Windows: The largest in the industry providing more interior light and ventilation. All aluminum frame with tempered safety glass and tubular aluminum guarding. Closed cell tape is used on all doors and windows to insure proper fit and durability.
Electrical: Our interior lights are double lamped for the best visibility in the industry. Their is no exposed wiring, and the electrical braking system has heat shrink soldered wire connections for a problem free electrical system.

Body Style: Aerodynamic front for less wind resistance and box rear end allows for less drag. The engineered design of the Z rail frame along with our 22 1/2 degree axle, lowers the trailer for easier access for the horse and owner.
